Harold Sullivan – Chairman of the Board From 1978 through 2000, Mr. Sullivan served in various client service, financial, operational, sales, account management and executive management positions with Ernst & Young (as a partner from 1988). Most recently, Mr. Sullivan served as Vice President of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young ("CGEY"), a $7.5 billion publicly held consulting and information technology services company. From 1999 through the sale of CGEY, Mr. Sullivan was the managing director responsible for Ernst & Young's European Global Client Consulting business. After May, 2000 he was responsible for $700 million of CGEY's European manufacturing and multinational account business. Mr. Sullivan served from 1990 to 1995 as an adjunct professor of finance at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Sullivan is a Chartered Financial Analyst. In addition, his professional associations include: member of AICPA, the Illinois CPA society, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Sullivan received an MBA in finance from Northwestern University, and a BA/BS in economics and accounting from Holy Cross College. Peter W. Dietz – Chief Executive Officer and Director Mr. Dietz has an extensive background in leading organizations to outstanding levels of performance in diverse arenas from software, to engineering, to pollution control, to product development and information systems. Most recently, Mr. Dietz was the President of the Technology Division for Information Resources, Inc. ("IRI") leading teams to develop products and services, which leverage and extended IRI's high performance data system. At IRI, Mr. Dietz led a team of over 600 staff in developing software and systems as well as operating a high-efficiency, high-performance, 24x7 data center with over 100TB of data online. Previously, Mr. Dietz held joint responsibilities for two key functions within the Technology and Information Systems Controls Group at Johnson Controls. Mr. Dietz also served in General Electric's Corporate Research and Development Center holding various leadership positions in both applied engineering and software, including industry-leading teams in expert systems, object technology, and neutral nets. As the Manager of Engineering at GE Appliances, Mr. Dietz was responsible for the development of new and improved product, which included all aspects of product development from advanced concepts through manufacturing engineering. Mr. Dietz is a graduate of MIT in engineering, mathematics and computer science, and received his PhD in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT.
